Well I finally received my order as expected but it was only half the order. I contacted customer support still waiting for a response.

Very expensive program fee for the value PLUS the cost of meds. Tried communicating with original NP about my results, was trying to adjust my dose as I wasnt getting results. She was IMMEDIATELY defensive, I had to explain why/what my situation was before she even looked at my history and perscription, after which, her tone changed. When I set up a refill, it was an obvious "upsell a compound at all cost, don't take no for an answer," but my dosage was essentially the same and still not moving the needle on my weight... I changed my diet, increased my exercise and have followed recommendations and instructions without fail. Opting for a company that

I ordered a second round of this medication. When i received the package i simply put it in the refrigerator as i was not ready to use it yet. When i went to use one of the vials, there were none inside the packaging! Whoever picked and packed the order neglected to put the medicine in. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I am now out $850.00 out of pocket. Very poor customer retention. I will make sure to tell anyone who is looking for a GLP-1 med to avoid this conpnay
