What made my experience great was Nicole Sandelman! She was my anchor and I wouldn't hesitate to rach out to her again if I needed your services in the future. She returns her calls immediately. She listens intently and advises after that. She has been wonderful.

I had taken a break trying cheaper options. I ended up gaining the weight I'd lost back. Coming back to reflex was so easy. Everyone was so sweet and in just minutes I was back on track.
