Drugs arrived very warm temp was 83% not sure wether this will affect it’s effectiveness.

When I switched to ReflexMD for a lower price on Tirsepatide than what I had for my SemiGlutamate, I trusted they would make the conversion equivalent. Instead the started me on a very low dose of Tirzepatide which of course did nothing. Loss of 3 pounds in 3 months. Three months later I am switching companies again and asking more questions.

I got 2 vials of semaglutide and 1 vials of tirzepatide. I have been on hold with white label pharmacy in Texas. Been holding for half an hour. Ridiculous. I'm pissed as hell I have to deal with this. You need to cut the cost of future shipments in half for this inconvenience. I'm a busy guy. Time is money.

Have been using RefexMD for more than 4 shipments with vials of Semaglutide alone. Without notice or instructions they changed my prescription to Semaglutide with B12. It came in multi dose vials which I never had before. I feel if a prescription is going to be changed I should have been informed of the change.

Delivery was delayed a day due to your omitting my space number in address. Ergo the ice packaging had melted. I’m not sure if product is still viable!!!

On the most recent shipment the pharmacy was switched out. Before now ReflexMD was using Boothwyn Pharmacy out of Pennsylvania for all of my previous 12 shipments. They always shipped the packages overnight and used great packaging that kept the contents sufficiently cold until my receipt. I have lost 15% of my body weight, which has been amazing. This month's shipment came from The Pharmacy Hub and was downgraded from the former overnight shipping to 2nd day air and with only *1* ice pack, which had completely thawed and the contents were basically at room temperature. I promptly put the six vials in our refrigerator. I believe they are fine. But with the outside temperature much warmer this week (upper 70s), I am grateful I was there to receive them and not at work. Boothwyn Pharmacy shifted the packaging to styrofoam coolers through the summer months, which was a truly smart and successful idea. I was very disappointed with this pharmacy and recommend ReflexMD fix this issue or change the pharmacy out. I do wonder what other shortcuts this pharmacy took... hopefully none with the compounding part of things. Does make me wonder though. *BIG* DISAPPOINTMENT!
