Every time I send a question to Reflex someone answers immediately. They are so prompt with their responses and so eager to help make sure you are satisfied. I couldn't be happier with my experience since day 1!!!!

I didn’t get quite enough for my last dose and then the next shipment was delayed. Once they started processing again I was notified I would receive it on Thursday. It did not come then, nor Friday. I finally got it Saturday late. I am not happy with this. I received a personal phone call and my questions and concerns were addressed. There have been some changes of evidently, and I will consider how to proceed, but I appreciate Jennifer reaching out to me and discussing every concern. For the moment, I’m pleased with the outcome and they were very prompt to reach out.

Its virtually impossible to get anyone to call or email you back. I called several times to find out where my order was as my dashboard just didnt have any updates for days - and I kept getting the same canned email response saying someone would get back to me in 24/48 hours - but noone did. Beyond frustrating - and now I am out of my medication due to whatever delay is holding it up. And I paid for it over three weeks ago. Frustrating beyond belief.

Every question I've had has been promptly answered. My order was delivered within 2 days at the time frame UpS stated it would be. It was well packaged for the high temps around here. Always have a good experience with Reflex MD
