I was having trouble finding the right form. So I decided to call. The rep I spoke with was truly awesome. He listen and helped me with everything. He should get a raise. I hope all your rep are as good as he is

Ronald was extremely efficient and helpful…able to quickly and kindly listen to my issue, repeat it back to me so I was comfortable that my issue was completely understood (which I thoroughly appreciated because not enough customer service personnel do that in my opinion)…and made sure the issue was taken care of/fully fixed and that I was satisfied with the results….and during the quiet moments on the phone when the data was updating Ronald was so kind to ask about my day…which really means a lot/that small bit of just normal human interaction…it may not be a big deal to others but I really appreciate things like that…overall, Ronald was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient! 5 stars!
