Ms. Kayla was very nice and helpful to make sure that I was understanding what was going on with the process of my order and she made sure to let me know what I was needing to expect whenever I do receive my package, she told me about my patient portal and how if I had any questions or concerns that I could message my provider for any health concerns or message the support team for billing or technical questions. Overall she was a wonderful nice and a delightful person to talk to.

I switched over to refills.com after spending a lot of money using RO. However, the difference is I have been using, supposedly the same product, for two months and have not lost any weight. I also received the package and the product was warm. I know from using RO that the product needs to be stored in the refrigerator. All I can say is I lost 55lbs with RO and none with refills.com.
