They don't bother to put a person behind the counter to help people who can't work with technology and even to answer a simple question, some people are lost and others are helping them out. This is ridiculous, profit and profit only, no humanity exists and with time passes will get worse.

My insurance changed this year and Quest is the preferred provider. I have been to this location 3 times now attempting to get labs done. My doctor faxed over the labs. I made an appointment and arrive. The technician is unable to find my lab orders so I am sent away. I call the doctors office and ask for them to be resend a 2nd time. There is no method to verify receipt of lab orders with Quest. There is no number to call and speak to a live person. You just have to "hope" they have them. I make an appointment and arrive the 2nd time. Again, I'm told that there is no lab orders and I'm sent away. I reach out to my doctors office and they print the labs orders for me. I make a 3rd appointment. At this point, my employer is probably looking at me crazy because I've just requested a 3rd day off and there's no way possible that a lab company can be this incompetent. These labs are time sensitive and can only be done at a specific time of day. As you can imagine, this is creating gaps because they are booked out. I finally get my 3rd appointment made and I bring in my lab orders. The lab technician turned me away because my doctors phone and fax number were not included on the lab orders.

The first experience with QD was a disaster. Usually I use LabCorp for test, which is very far from to be perfect but QD beated all my imaginations. The test was a simple blood test for several specific parameters which are done in any lab world-wide. Due to bureaucratic reasons my doctor was not able to order this test from LabCorp, and I was forwarded to QD. (1) They insisted on sending a toolkit for blood test, two simple tubes available in any lab. By telephone they confirmed I do not need any kit, and on the appointment day I started to lab. Just 5 min before I left home, Fedex surprisingly delivered a kit, and the technician in lab confirmed that if I would came without kit, no any test could be performed. I needed this test in several day for my appointment with doctor and it was a miracle that I left home not 5 min earlier. (2) In the lab, they succeeded to make 2 mistakes in my last name, which I found later when signed on the profile, (3) the results were not ready within promised 5 days, which made my visit to doctor useless, and even in 10 days. All in all, never more to this lab network.

My husband and I got there at 7 a.m., as walkins numbers 2 and 3. I was taken in almost immediately but my husband and I continued to wait for him to be taken in. Walkin No. 4 and lots of people with appointments were taken in while we waited for my husband to be served. Finally, almost 1 1/2 hours after we got there, I asked two phlebotomists why he was still waiting. One said "we have to take care of the people with appointments first," she said, which is not true, because they state they take walkins between appointments, like they did me. The other phlebotomist I talked to said he would check and finally, after taking a couple more appointments, he took my husband in. I should mention that I and walkin no. 4 are White and my husband is Black; the phlebotomists are Hispanic. I don't see racism everywhere but I saw it that morning; if I hadn't finally said something we'd still be waiting.

I went to the Quest site in the Mercy Primary Care (J Street) location in Bentonville, AR and the people there were exceptionally helpful. My PCP had kind of messed up putting in a lab order and they went and got it straightened out. A lot of people would have left it to me to try and fix, but not these wonderful folks.

Lancaster CA. Took my disabled ( completely immobile non verbal with seizure disorder) to quest with an appointment. There was a problem with the lab orders so they sent her out and said call her dr. You have 10 minutes. ( my granddaughter had to fast for this and she eats from agtube and has seizures) we immediately called the dr and they refaxed immediately We had to keep knocking to get the nurse to come out and she said it's not here sorry. We have already waited over an hour in there. So we put the Dr office on speaker. After knocking again for 5 minutes they answered with attitude and said they were too busy to listen to the call. Blonde short haired lady. Didn't get her name. They wouldn't see us even with the appointment time almost two hours before. I will never ever go again. They have no won't whatsoever They just act like people are cattle. I will follow up with the BBB
