Couldn't schedule an online appointment. Walked in, no one waiting. Given an appointment for 1p. Not taken back til 1:10 even though there were no clients in bavk. Someone opened the door at 1:05 and said they'd be with me shortly. I could hear laughing an ranking from the break room. Will try another location next time.

Quest Frank Scott Parkway, Belleville, IL I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT OUR QUEST THAT WE REGULARLY UTILIZE. Today Catina the Lead Tech and another (wish I could remember her name) took such excellent care of us. We have come to expect the expert phlebotomy skills but also such compassion and willingness to uncomplicate our situation. My Husband and I both had blood draws probably 12-14 tubes between the two of us. There were a few duplicate orders that worried us about double billing which they immediately fixed. Also I was unable to "check in" even though I am a regular customer. They made sure I was taken care of. So kind, so sweet and patient and SO VERY SKILLED. Literally did NOT feel anything sharp. She juggled ALL those tubes and the needle in my arm without me feeling a THING. Same for hubby. We LOVE them and depend on them. THANK YOU SINCERELY.

I like how easy it is to schedule my appointment online. Wait time is around 5 minutes after I check in at the location. My copay with my insurance is usually only $29 when my doctor orders my lab. Results arrive in the quest app within 1-3 days which is very convenient.

I went to the location on Ocean Blvd in Stuart. My tech was Betty and she was amazing. She was so patient and kind and did a great job with my tiny veins... :)

My name was called. Shar asked me a couple of questions. I told her I liked her sneakers. I asked her if she'd ever done this before. She said I was finished. Maybe 5 minutes. And great patient service.

Just an awful, horrible organization. Slow, rude, ect.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Quest Diagnostics. My name was entered incorrectly in their system, and despite multiple calls to customer service, the issue has not been corrected. Because of this error, my insurance claim was not processed properly and now I am being billed. I have repeatedly asked Quest to correct the spelling of my name and resubmit the claim to my insurance company, but this still has not been done. This is unacceptable that such a basic clerical error has caused ongoing billing issues since April of 2025.

I am trying to find out about my coverage for tests my doctor wants me to get. I have been unable to reach any human being after trying three different phone numbers. This is ridiculous. Not one phone number allows you to speak to a person. When I made the appointment on line the message was, we can't give you the estimate for these tests yet. So when??
