this is the 2nd time i've set an appointment only to have there system tell me it couldn't the appointment..Why do they give you a confirmation code and scan all your info....

I have never experienced such excellence in service as I did today with Kerri at Quest Diagnostics in North Andover, MA Even though there was an issue with my lab order, she went above and beyond to resolve everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. At no point did I feel stressed or confused, she took control of the situation and handled it flawlessly. And to top it off, even though I thought I might “run out of blood” with so many tubes being drawn, I didn’t even feel the needle. She truly has the hands of an angel! It was, without a doubt, the best blood draw experience I’ve ever had. Congratulations, Kerri, on your professionalism and dedication. You truly make a difference!

Quest is an absolute joke. At this point just close the down. Been waiting over an hour for some to hand me a sample kit. Not even getting a f**kng test done and I've wasted my entire morning.

Absolutely horrendous...I do not understand why you cannot give no stars because that is what Quest Diagnostics deserves. The so called technician was rude, short, disrespectful and combative with an attitude. Calling her unprofessional would be an understatement. I refused to allow the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this person to draw my blood. I gave her back exactly what she gave me. Treating a 64 year old senior citizen this way is pathetic and concerning. It was so bad that I am leaving Lake County Health Practice in Mentor. My doctor for over 20 years, Dr. Mark McNaughton deservedly recently retired and Lake County Health Family Practice does not allow another company to do lab work so I am leaving this so called health "care" facility. Why would a health facility use exclusively a horrendous lab that has a 1.7 star rating instead of allowing a competent lab facility to do the testing is beyond me. I am sure in some way money is involved and the patient pays the price. I called my insurance company Aetna and they are doing an investigation. Lake County Family practice was informed and they simply do not care. Some strong advice: Do not use Quest Diagnostics under any circumstances. The reviews and rating speaks for themselves.

I am using Quest Diagnostics for the first time, I arrived at 11:30am at This location which is in the shopping center with a small small store it has 20 or so waiting chairs and ALL are occupied . Smell inside this location is like a rotten eggs, there is no face mask available for the customer/ patient ( there are sick people that are coughing here) there are short staff. They have lots of customer BUT the have no good management. I wish I had a phone number for the CEO to let him know .

They put everybody in one line, those who scheduled the appointment and those who are not I was sitting in line for 30 minutes, though I came on time for my scheduled appointment and noticed they were taking standbys and those who missed their appointments
