In and out very quickly, lab tech was very good but the wait time for results is terrible. Went in a 7 am on Thursday, now it’s late afternoon on Friday and I’m still waiting for my results. Trying to speak with someone at the corporate level regarding billing is a nightmare. Impossible to speak with a real person, I will do my best not to use Quest in the future.

Intentionally overbills. Doesn't correct billing till you follow up. No email address to send document except very suspecious one they tell on phone. No response when you send document whether it is ok or not and again you have to follow on phone. Waiting times for 30-60 minutes every time. Phone department doesn't talk to email departmet who doesn't talk to claims department so you just go round and round. Not recommended.

GARBAGE company. They keep sending me bills for labwork that they need to run through insurance. You can't reach anyone by phone....and they do not respond to emails

I had blood work on 3/13/2026 and Medicare denied payment. Quest did NOT forward the claim to my secondary BC/BS. Instead they charged my credit card. I had a three way phone call with BC/BS and Quest billing. We were told by Quest it was only a "COURTESY" to forward the claim and not a mandate. My issue is not about being responsible for the bill. but that Quest bills before forwarding to secondary providers and makes you give your credit card information to bill you before sending it to the secondary providers.

This is in regards of location at 130 Almshouse Rd STE 200, Richboro, PA 18954. In that facility I am second time and in both tests blood was collected by the same lady. Honestly I had no before such a pleasant experience. She works so professional and gentle like I cannot imagine. It is important for me because everybody else saying that my vein not good.

I had labs drawn on 5/7/26 and I don’t see the results or that they were even drawn on My Quest. My MD received them. I have seen results in the past so I don’t know what changed. I tried to submit this question through the portal and it would not submit. Then I tried to call and hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes. Oy!! This is the worst system now compared to what it was years ago.

I don’t know why these reviews are so low! I had an excellent experience at the Princeton Rd. location. I will say that I did not actually know Quest was located inside Walmart, but not affiliated with Walmart. Tawnya was experienced, kind and gentle! I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, with no wait, and checked right in on the kiosk. It was fast & easy. I was out within 10 minutes. She also informed me that my labs do not get sent out by the office and they’re in house and processed there, so I should have my results by Friday. Very helpful! I would definitely recommend this location!

Ordered test 5/4, set up appointment also on 5/4, received confirmation for location and time. Drove to the appointment (30 min drive). They couldn't find the appointment, spent 30 minutes trying to find it, and were told to call their customer service. The hold time was over 40 minutes. I couldn't wait that long, so I tried to cancel. Was told I have to contact customer service. Sent email to cancel and requested a refund. Still waiting...
