Terrible staff in pennsville. I left work early and rushed my butt to quest. I made it an hour before close. I walk in at 130pm and I'm denied service because they close at 2pm? . The business door it states you close at 230pm not 2pm. Online states the same times. I was the only person in building. My service would have took 5-10 mins. The nurse denied me service so she could leave early. She told me I should have came earlier. I told her I work just like you. She said try on Monday. Never seen such bad customer service. Your business will fail to make money with these employees.

the check-in process is ridiculous! I had a 1:00 appointment, but because I had my grandbaby and it was going to be super hot, I went early at 10:45 a.m. and checked in as a walk-in. There was no one else in there at the time. it still put me as a 1:00 appointment on the screen. I was then told I couldn't be a walk-in if I had an appointment, but I said I'm going to cancel that appointment. she said she would try to fit me in. People came after me as walk-ins, showing it on the screen, and she took those walk-ins before me, instead of treating me as the first walk-in! horrible

Yesterday, I was told by a lab tech that if you're just dropping off a specimen, you are automatically pushed to the front of the line when you select "specimen drop off" at the kiosk. However, when I came in this morning to drop off a specimen, 4 people were called ahead of me that were there for lab appointments. There were 3 employees working and they were not very busy. When I mentioned this to a lab tech this morning, he stated they were taking their appointments first. Clearly, no one that was working this morning knows the protocol for dropping off a specimen.

Appointments were full for today but they said i could walk in. When i checked in it said there was a thirty to 60 minute wait. The waiting room was full and it said there were six people ahead of me. After an hour I had moved up to fourth in line. I was finally called back after an hour and twenty minutes. When I got in there, they didn’t have one of the tests I needed. By the time I was done I had wasted an hour an a half I won’t get back and I still have to go somewhere else and wait to get the test I need. I wouldn’t go there again.

Today I had some lab work done at my PCP's office, Katy Internists, by Maria Sánchez with Quest Diagnostics. She was amazing! I had a number of labs done and she was so quick, efficient and personable throughout the whole experience. I felt well-informed about the process, completely at ease and with almost zero discomfort when she actually drew blood. It was an excellent experience!

Web site is full of glitches and over the phone customer service is just a run around with no resolution to issues. This was a company mandated blood test and I can not get my results.

There is no test drop off if the kit was finished at home. I had to wait 1 hour for labs that I wanted to drop off. It does not have an efficient prioritization system and there is no customer service representative on the phone lines for patients.
