Staff in Clarkston are so rude and impersonal. Terrible experience. If they didn’t have a monopoly on this, I would go anywhere else. Terrible place.

It's not the lab I gave one star for the staff is great . The negative side is trying to get results from past labs to being to a specialist and not being able to find ANY from this year when i went 5X at least already in 2026 vut Quest now has AI which is fine for graphs but corporate is dumb with poor planning for those of us whose doctors send us to specialists and we are unable to print past lab work anymore but the rich elites dont THINK about the patient at all in my recent years experience and simple tasks that should take less than a minute are now an impossible task ...it simply cannot be done 😫.... What a shame they were so thoughtless to patients ...we aren't cows but we are being traded like them now on the stock market .. Does it cost them money to leave our past lab work under the test result button?? If not WHY do they pull such dumb move ?? It's all about the $ I do get that but cmon ...all I wanted to do is print 2026 labs !! That's IT .. Simple ?? No impossible

Had a wonderful experience at quest on 11th street in Palmdale I was serviced by Jessica very personal kind and fast I highly recommend that phlebotomist knows what’s she’s doing and there’s no pain thank you Jessica

Plebo was rude, zero patient care skills. Aiesha at Quest in Lancaster, OH. She attempted to bully my husband into providing his credit card to pay in full despite request to bill insurance. She proceeded to say she couldn't do draw without the credit-card. Was just at this site in March and this was not procedure. I've been in healthcare for 30 years, never heard of such a thing. Finally she gave up but made my husband sign a financial responsibility waiver. Wasted 15 mins of time. Then proceeded to take another 30 mins to enter tests onto system complaining the entire time. She was very rough doing the draw. All around terrible but this is how Quest is every time. Getting to the point we will not use providers that use Quest despite fact that almost all our providers and healthcare facilities have contracted with Quest. Terrible, terrible again terrible

Absolute worst. I started using the home service and at first it was good other than the draw people who dont speak english nor READ It. Had several issues with wrong tests. Now I had scheduled an appointment for an 8 am fasting draw. Got a call on the Friday before telling me the draw nurse was out sick and I have to wait till Thursday at 5am for the next appointment. This was not good for me and or my Doctors waiting on the tests. I expressed my fustration and was told Id be called right back with a better time. Here we are Monday and still no call. Went on and called them 5 times and picked the call back option and still no return call in 3 days......

On June 1st, 2026, I went to Quest diagnostics in Lawrence, Ks. I was there to have a complete panel and health assessment done that I paid for out of pocket. The provider, was extremely unprofessional, overworked, overwelmed, and extremely rude. She did not listen to my concerns. She got aggressive with me! She was dishonest and did not give me her supervisor’s number, but instead the number to the local mental health clinic. She refused to complete the test and ordered me to leave. The incident caused me great distress, I ended up having a severe anxiety/asthma attack which led me having to go to the ER for over six hours and cost me a $100 co-pay. I am filing a formal complaint with the company.

I went to Quest Lab to do blood work and had orders from 2 different doctors. Instead of taking the time to look at both orders and not do repeated tests, they do the tests without checking if there are tests rhst are the same for both orders, which was the case. As a result, I got different results for 2 doctors for the same exact tests, which could be very confusing for the patient and make you think that those results are not valid. They're also rude when you go to your appointment. The person that draw my blood left my arm with a hard ugly bruise that hasn't faded yet and I went there 9 days ago.

I don't know the man's name but he cause a hematoma in my arm. My arm swelled so bad I had to have it checked out. Told me if it got any worse to come back. My arm is so bruised from top of arm to underneath of arm. I would put a picture on here but there is no place to summit one.
