I have been using quest over a number of years and I'm surprised to find out that the records they keep are very inaccurate. Their website is not user friendly. If my doctors are using quest for my blood draws on my physicals I'm going to think twice about using that doctor.

I had an outstanding experience at Quest Diagnostics thanks to Shamsun, who drew my blood today. I usually have very difficult veins, and blood draws are often stressful because it can take multiple attempts. Shamsun was absolutely exceptional. She was professional, confident, patient, and incredibly skilled. What amazed me most was how quick and effortless the entire process was. She found the vein immediately, completed the blood draw smoothly, and honestly, I did not feel a thing. That has never happened to me before. Her calm demeanor and expertise made what is normally an unpleasant experience completely comfortable. Shamsun is truly outstanding at what she does, and Quest Diagnostics is fortunate to have someone with her level of skill and professionalism representing their organization. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent care I received and wanted to make sure her exceptional work is recognized.

1 for mainly their corporate actions and spending 2+ hours on hold. HOWEVER my local lab tech was fantastic.

I had a horrible experience with Quest Diagnostics in Staten Island, New York at their Clove Road location. First, I made an appointment on their website to have a lab test done on Staten Island at their Clove Road location. When I made the appointment, I did not realize that I needed the doctor's script in order to get the lab test done, so alerting patients that the written script is needed should be a requirement when making an appointment. The lab doctor who saw me said to come back with the written script, and that the test was available, as long as I had the written script from my doctor. I then made an appointment to see my primary doctor, which took over two months as he was busy and did not have any availability, and then received the written script from him. Then, I went back to Quest Diagnostics (same location) as told to get the lab test done, and I was told that it was not available at all. The lab person was very rude. She kept the door open, and made a very rude comment to me because I pointed to my birthdate when asked, as I did not want all of my health information being shared with others, as she kept the door wide open, which is actually a HIPAA violation of my personal health information, and she had the gaul and the nerve to say that I did not know certain information because I kept on pointing to it on my ID card, when in fact I was trying to be discreet and not have everyone know my personal information, as the door was wide open. Then, after informing me that the test the doctor ordered was not available, I said why was I told that it would be available, and to come back once I had the script? She said well maybe if you had the script with the test on it, which I did not initially have, then I could tell you if we have it or not. I said I did not have the script with me the fist time, but I did in fact say "this is the test that I want, is it available?" and I was told yes, it was available, but to come back with the written script for it, and they would do it. I experienced anguish, and the people were rude. Do not every go to Quest for any lab work or services!! On a much better note, I experienced a world of difference with Northwell Health Labs! I would strongly recommend going to Northwell Health for any of your lab work or tests, they made a world of difference, and even knew the bad reputation that Quest now has. When I went to Northwell Health, they had a sign up of all of the information that they need, including the doctor's script, and your ID card and insurance cards. And, all of the health insurance plans that they accept, including mine, were clearly listed at the front desk reception area. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and asked how I was doing. I would definitely recommend them for any lab work or service.

I have been going to Quest in Niceville blue water bay area for many years and I can honestly say I have never had one bad experience with them. I make my appointment on their app even open on Saturday's from 6am to 11am that's convenience in my opinion !!!!! They know how to stick you draw blood and get out fast. So to all the bad and give them a 1 star I'm sorry that happened but I give them a five star and will always get my business.

I had the pleasure of being seen by the most compassionate, professional, helpful and supportive Quest employee. She mentioned this was not her regular location and was just filling in. I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and I think she was there to help me. I was there earlier that week with same issue but was turned away. Sule was extremely patient with me and made me feel comfortable. I was stressed because I was a week behind on my labs (inv issues) and my medical health depends on these labs. She made sure my labs were taken before I left that day. Thanks again for all your help Sulema! 🫶

If I can give the web site zero I would, with all the money they made how come they use a web site made by the son of an executive of quest. I spent hours not only trying to make appointments but it takes days till you access your test results. It's the most frustrating website you can imagine

This company hires whoever. Today I was driving and one of their drivers tried to cut me off. When I was doing the speed limit he was practically on my bumper then he went around me driving on the other side to pass me then he kept stopping short so I would hit him from behind. Being that they hired a driver like that I will not go to that lab ever again. Car # 82768
