Quarq attempt to repair my out of warranty unit, but it was unrepairable. This was communicated to me in a very timely and professional manner through my local bike shop (Ride Bikes). They offered a reduced price on a new unit, but it really was the great customer service that led me to purchase another Quarq. They stand behind their products.

Salve, la mia esperienza con il vostro PM e’ nel complesso positiva anche se devo contestare la Scarsa durata della batteria ma soprattutto il fatto che bisogna fare sempre la calibrazione prima di ogni uscita e ripeterlo dopo 30 minuti quando e’ gia’ “caldo”.
