Can't fault their response but... Had a firmware download issue, contacted support and told 'it's dead' that was it! Fortunately a few searches highlighted similar issues with other products and all I needed to do was try a different ant+ dongle, really simple but nearly binned a few hundred £ of crank for lack of help!

I thought I picked $5 shipping abut somehow in the process it switched to $15 2 day shipping. The default should be the $5 shipping.

Slow response to emails and requested UPS next day air for return delivery which you did not do.

Was not able to order through regular means so had to order direct from Quark. Did the transaction using Quark's site. Order was processed and received confirmation that it would be shipped the next day. Approximately 3 weeks later no crankset yet I get an e-mail to rate how my transaction went. Contacted an agent of Quark and was told that the particular crankset I ordered was very popular and would be another 3 weeks before they would get it back in stock. Why does the purchasing program take an order for a product not in stock, say it is being processed, and then not notify me that the product is out of stock? As for the Red AXS powermeter crankset, works nicely, easy to use.

The website, communication and shipping were good. I have a powertap hub on my initial bike and love it. I wanted two more for my other bikes. My dissatisfaction is that when Quarq bought Powertap and switched everything over on May 15th, they raised the price $100 per hub. I guess that is business, but a price increase of 25% overnight seems excessive for the same product.

Unfortunately, we are only able to sell direct from our website to locations in the United States and Canada. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
I opened up an inquiry to purchase new arms that will work for my new frame. Jason was great at first getting me lined up for new arms. We set up times for him to call me on 3 occasions to purchase the product. Never called. I guess it's time to go with a different brand.

Bought the Shock Wiz for the store as an additional service to offer our customers and was unable to use it in good faith after several employee tests. Great idea, just not as refined and particular as we would like.
