I’ve had the Quarq DZero power meter for about a year now with no problems. I’ve had to change the battery twice, which took about a minute to do each time. Calibrating is easy, and the data is very reliable. Everything I could ask for.

I use a quarq spider with my Sram red group now for about a year (about 10.000 km) and it never failed!

Bought a Quarq Riken 10R from a local distributor, power meter + carbon cranks were easy to fit and never had any issues. One rainy, wet event during which I crashed at high speed, the Riken went into a fritz. Contacted Quarq support via email, and they promptly responded (w/in 3 hours) with instructions and photos on how to do a unit reset, and the Riken was back online as if nothing happened. Full marks for Quarq's after-sales support, and full marks for the product itself (Riken). My next PM will definitely be a Quarq, without hesitation.
