I called customer service to discuss a denial of claim that I received. It made perfect sense and I appreciate how thorough she was and the way that she handled my call.

My dog has had some medical issues that have required numerous of doctor’s visits emergency visits and visits with a neurological specialist as well as very expensive tests and Pumpkin has paid my claims right away with no issues whatsoever. They have been truly amazing.

Easy and effective. I hope I don’t have to use it again but I am glad Pumpkin has my back.
