While the Customer Service Rep. are Very helpful, it takes for ever for Pumpkins to review invoices and Received payments. You have several invoices that need processing. We are still waiting. However, the invoice Where you discounted the defuctable For 2024, was processed fast, BUT WE STILL WAITING FOR WHATEVER PAYMENT IS LEFT. No a good Situation.

I purchased Pumpkin pet insurance at the beginning of 2024. Their pricing was transparent and it was very easy to submit claims. My dog ran into some very unexpected health issues and ultimately passed away due to the issues. Pumpkin staff was kind, compassionate, and helpful in providing information about cancelling the insurance plan. Without being asked, they shared that insurance can be used to cover euthanasia and cremation costs. Pumpkin sent condolence emails and a memorial item in remembrance of my dog. I will absolutely use Pumpkin in the future when I am ready for another pet.
