We incurred some expenses on one of our pets that was unexpected this past year and Pumpkin was there to make sure our dog could have the care it needed. Extensive surgery and we paid a deductible and was reimbursed the difference. Excellent company

They are prompt with reimbursements after my submission of invoices and prescriptions that qualify under my insurance plan. My dog is living her best life and care choices are simplified with less stress.

Pumpkin insurance is quick to process claims. Filing a claim is easy too and their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. Also, by comparison, they’ve got one of the best plans out there. Glad I chose pumpkin!
