I really like their service

There is no way I can say how much I appreciate Pumpkin Insurance. They are incredibly responsive and they pay as they say they are going to. When I file a claim, I get an immediate reply that it has been received. It is reviewed and paid, often within 24 hours. How can you beat that? I have had a couple of other insurance companies for my cats and they were OK, but Pumpkin is by far the best. I tell everyone I know to check them out.

Easy, straightforward claims process with minimal processing time. Works well with our AllPets care card.

Pumpkin has always been quick to pay claims. They have never denied a covered procedure. My only complaint would be the premium increase at every renewal is beginning to make it more expensive than I would like. Having said that, it was still my choice to renew again this year.

Submitting my claims were auper easy, and I was reimbursed for everything I was expecting promptly. Thank you so much!
