I ordered my sauna in February and was told it would take 6 weeks. I just got it two days ago. However, the folks at Premium Sauna kept me in the loop and continously let me know the reasons for the delay. Shipping from Estonia for example. I've put the sauna together but am waiting for the electrician to connect. So far so good.

So far so good. The sauna kit was delivered carefully and appears just as described. Haven't set it up yet, so we'll see, but I imagine it will be great. Customer service was very responsive.

Premium Sauna's service, courtesy have been excellent. It took quite a while to get the sauna because of the backlog in production, not premium saunas fault. The delivery of the sauna which is not under their control, was excellent except for the Portland local transport company. It took intervention by Premium Sauna's, Daniel, to get it out of Portland and delivered.

I greatly appreciate how easy it is to reach the staff at Premium Saunas. They have been very responsive to my questions and concerns! I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of my FD5 sauna. I can't wait to have it delivered assembled so that I can actually experience the full saauna experience!

My sauna came damaged. Delivery service was not good. I was offered a credit but did not receive it. Would not recommend this company

Hi Kacey, We’re sorry to see your review. We’ve been willing to help resolve the damage from the beginning, but we were waiting to hear back from you after you opened and inspected the boxes. We never received the requested photos or further details about the damage. We’re also not sure which credit you’re referring to, but we’d be happy to look into it. We’ve reached out directly and remain available to get this resolved.
