Great experience with Premium Saunas. Daniel made my experience very smooth and helped accommodate my schedule in coordinating delivery to my property in Florida. Everything went according to plan and I am delighted with the sauna.

We had a great experience purchasing our sauna from Premium Sauna. The ordering process was easy, communication was helpful, and everything arrived as expected. We’re very happy with the sauna and would definitely recommend Premium Sauna to anyone looking to purchase one.

Premium Saunas offers exceptional customer service. We ordered a Georgian Sauna with Changeroom. They walked us through each step of the process and were always helpful, professional, and courteous. Highly recommended!

Thank you, Brandon! We're glad we could make the process smooth from start to finish. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
Responsive to emails. However product was 5 months late and no compensation or discount given. Just a response saying the company in Europe was on back order. Having paid in full and waiting for 5 months is just not acceptable. Not really helpful with delivery information or building product.

Thank you for your feedback, James While production timelines from our European manufacturer were outside of our control, we always strive to keep our customers updated with the latest information we receive. We also sent complimentary gifts during the delay as a small gesture of appreciation for your patience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your sauna.
