New to embroidery, took a leap and purchased the Poolin EOM. It was very easy to setup and the support I have received has been amazing. There is a bit of a learning curve but with a little research it was easy to figure out. I highly recommend the product and company.

I ordered a Poolin EOCO5 back in May of 24, completely new to embroidery but wanted to add some different components to my quilts and make custom quilt labels. After the machine arrived; my quilting days slowed and I dug into learning an entire new craft. I have since added 2 more Poolin Sewing machines (565 and EOCO2) and the most recent newest single needle machine the EOCO7. Which increased what I am able to make by size and speed. The Poolin team has been a wonderful asset in my journey of going from a casual hobby while working full time to a full time retirement hobby allowing me to do craft fairs and make a variety of different things. The team is fantastic with making sure you are confident with your machine and will work with you until you master the craft. They are great trouble shooting and resolving issues when they do arise. The products that they have available from machines, to thread and stabilizers is top notch and very affordable. I have gone from a customer who took a leap of faith with a very new to the market brand to a dedicated customer who will not go with any other brand going forward.

I am new to the Poolin embroidery machine and just setup my EOM, I thought the machine made a weird noise for Tracing and reached out to Leo and Kai for help. They were so nice and patient with me to figure out the right way to Trace.

Excellent Embroidery Machine – Very Happy with My Poolin EOM 15 Needle! I’ve been very impressed with my Poolin EOM 15 Needle embroidery machine. The machine is well built, easy to operate, and produces clean, professional-looking embroidery. Having 15 needles makes switching between colors much faster and is a huge advantage when working on more detailed, multi-color designs. Once everything is set up correctly, the machine runs smoothly and consistently. The touchscreen controls are easy to navigate, and there are plenty of adjustments available for dialing in different garments, hats, and embroidery designs. Stitch quality has been excellent, and the machine has handled the projects I’ve thrown at it very well. I’ve also been pleased with Poolin’s support when I’ve had questions. With any commercial-style embroidery machine there is a learning curve, but having helpful support available makes a big difference. For the price, I think the Poolin EOM 15 Needle offers excellent value, especially for someone wanting to grow an embroidery business without spending the amount required for some of the much more expensive commercial brands. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Poolin EOM 15 Needle to anyone looking for a capable multi-needle embroidery machine.

Outstanding support experience! I have had my embroidery machine for less than a week and thought I already broke it. I contacted Support and someone got back to me within minutes. They sent videos and walked me through step-by-step what otherwise would have been an impossible task! Kai was so helpful! 10/10 recommend.
