There is a time difference and I did reach out during there off hours but sure enough they got back to me as soon as they could and were able to assist me with my issue and provide tutorials on how to maintain my EOX. The stitch quality is beautiful, it handles a variety of projects well, and having a multi-needle machine has made embroidery so much faster and more enjoyable. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get comfortable with the machine and learn your settings, it really performs.
