I’ve had the Poolin EOM machine for a month and it’s been amazing. Definitely buying another one. Customer service has been perfect with team support from Leo.Wang. I truly appreciate the support and the machine has improved my output greatly.

I fought with my machine all last night and then I talked with one of their reps and he helped me to get my machine back going! Would recommend this brand!!

Kai Tang helped me realign my pressure foot and pointed out that I was using the wrong needle for my machine. He suggested the correct needle and even sent me the link to purchase them. He saved me a lot of future headaches!

Poolin has been amazing to work with! From delivery to communication, and technical help after my machine arrived! 10 out of 10! The machine was packed excellent and completely wrapped in a crate! Set up and install was so smooth, and Leo was amazing to work with to set up my tension test and get my machine running! I will definitely purchase again when the time comes.

I had a hard time trying to find a replacement 7.9x15 hoop and Leo is sending me one. He has also checked on me several times to see if everything is ok with my machine, and to see if I needed any help with anything. I really appreciate all of the help and support! The customer service is exemplary!

I’ve had my Poolin eoc06 a little over a year when it messed up. I was very hesitant to contact someone for help. My thoughts were how could they help me when they are located in another country. I tried everything I knew to fix the machine when I finally gave in and sent a message to Kevin Xu at my bedtime figuring it would be the next day before I possibly got a reply. The next morning I did indeed have a reply, actually within 3 hours of asking for help. During the time it took for me to follow my instructions and ask questions I got almost immediate responses. Poolin has great engineers to help with any issues. I would definitely buy from them again. My machine is working great!

I ordered an EOX on a Sunday and it was delivered to me just 2 days later, by freight. I’m still learning my machine, but support has reached out multiple times to check in and answered all my questions. Highly recommend based on my experiences so far!
