Don't buy a Plottr perpetual license
Bought a Plottr perpetual license (the right to use the software indefinitely) - a year later had to get an annual subscription because there was no support.(upgrade) emailed yesterday to say my yearly renewal is being process the next day. Couldn't cancel (not easy) before my account was debited. Left a sour taste. It was a good product -just- be careful not to get caught as I was.

To be clear, you purchased an annual license of Plottr Classic (not a Lifetime license), which included 1 year of updates and support, plus the ability to continue using the software after the license expires (without updates and technical support). That means you can still use the product, and you're free to reach out to our support team with any questions relating to your purchases and access.
