Best outlining software, period!
Plottr is both simple and powerful. Probably the single best outlining software available. And they are constantly adding new features, making it better and better!

Essential visual story plotting with Plottr
I love Plottr. It gives me a visual and organised way to plot both fictional and non-fictional plot lines. I need a detailed roadmap and Plottr delivers it with so much flexibility it can adapted to suit any project. It is designed for fictional plots but can be tweaked for non-fiction too. There are plenty of templates to get you started and training videos to help you utilise Plottr's many valuable tools. Well worth the money for lifetime use. I am going to upgrade to the 3-device plan so I can use the app.
