Petflow is amazing. Their site is easy to use and they offer good deals and prices. The thing that stands out the most is that their free shipping is super fast! Being new puppy owners we have tried a few different pet supply retailers but Petflow has the best variety, top quality, and even when I ordered last minute my pup’s food was at our doorstep in two days!

I have been searching for particular recipes of a cat food brand that seems to be intermittently stocked at other pet food outlets. The manufacturer listed PetFlow as a retailer that consistently stocked what I was looking for. I went on the site and was surprised to find what I was looking for at a substantial savings over what I had paid in the past from other retailers. I will be sticking with PetFlow for future purchases of these products.

I have been using PetFlow for awhile now and I have been very satisfied. If I have a question about a product and I call for more information they are always very helpful. If I was disappointed in a product and I call to tell them, they are eager to do what is fair to remedy the problem.

I like how their packaging comes in plain black boxes that way no one knows the contents. As for the shipping for some reason the day it is supposed to arrive always gets bumped out to the next day and the next. Could be FedEx's fault but I have to watch for it so it doesn't disappear and ruins my schedule. They do have the cat food in stock from across the country that I need.

Good service, they had the dog food we needed, my only concern was it took a week to receive it. Maybe the shipping company was slow, usually 3-5 days wait time is ok.

Customer service was great. The communication between my vet and the pharmacy was not impressive. I even sent a copy of the script by text and customer service sent it to the pharmacy. My vet never received a request but tried multiple times & days to get in touch with them to approve the prescription with no luck. I think this delay resulted in my order being canceled because stock ran out during this process. Chewy finally had the cat food in stock, so I placed the order last night and it was shipped today. I want to thank PetFlow’s customer service trying to expedite my order even though it didn’t work out.

Poor online retailer. Advertised an item in stock when in reality it was not. Not a good way to do business.
