When ordering from them make sure that you have at least a weeks worth of food for your pet. I when I orederd my dogs food and some other products I had enough food until my shipment was to be here. When I received it I got everything BUT the food. I don't have a lot of extra money in my budget. I had to go out and get some so he could eat. When I called about this, I was asked are you sure it wasn't in the shipment. It was a 33 lb Bag, so I think I would have saw if it was there.And then they said that they were sorry, that they would expedite it to get here ASAP. Well 3 days later it arrived. So much for expediting it.. Thank God I worked overtime so I could get another bag and driving a good distance to get it. I think I am done with this company.

Very quick delivery with correct order

Little bit of a bumpy experience on my recent order. I placed an order for Royal Canin kitten food, because it's the only kind of food that my kittens will eat. My usual provider was out of stock, so I placed an order with Petflow hoping to get it right way. The shipping took a little longer than I was expecting. When I placed the order, it was initially estimated for delivery on 4/20. The delivery didn't actually arrive until late 4/22. Additionally, the food seems to be drier than usual–– it's a different consistency than it usually is. The kittens refused to eat it. I opened several cans over the next few days, but all of it remained uneaten. They refused to touch it, so it seems like there may have been something wrong with the food. I went to a local pet care store and got more of the same brand, and they're gobbling it up as usual. That tells me that something happened to the cases that I received. I'm not sure if something happened during shipping or they were stored improperly. All I know is I spent over $100 on food that they refuse to eat. I have 2.5 cases left over, uneaten. I spoke with a representative over the phone, but was told there's nothing that can be done since the food is shipped directly from Royal Canin. Not pleased.

I have been getting my dog food from Petflow for years. Communicationn is great and delivery is always on time. They have very competitive prices and their customer service is second to none!

I really enjoy the auto-ship program by Petflow. It is super convenient to use and the shipping arrives quickly. It would be nice if the dog food has some ice packs during the warmer months. Overall, the customer service and prices are good and I recommend them.

PetFlow’s autoship program has been absolutely essential to keeping our feeding routines well-stocked and on time. If you’ve ever run out of cat food, then you know what a calamity five hungry cats would be. Thankfully, PetFlow ensures this never happens. 25 stars. Five from each of our kitties.
