Great communication, timely response, fantastic artwork, highly recommended!!

Wow!! My expectations are exceeded and then some. The portrait of my birds is adorable, beautiful, and really is personalized. Each bird is so full of character, I adore it. I made it my phone's home screen and it makes me happy every time I see it. Sophia is lovely in her correspondence, and even though I ordered during Christmastime service was quick. I will definitely be ordering another portrait. Highly recommended!

I believe these fine folks have advertised themselves into a real big problem. They advertise a 7 day turnaround during their busy times. I ordered December 7th and have yet to receive my artwork as of January 14th. I regret ordering this, I’ve received minimal follow up, but I sure as hell get their marketing emails every day or two. I believe this company has a good idea, they just lack any sort of organization or infrastructure to support being an actual business. I would have had better luck driving eight hours to myrtle beach to have an airbrush artist do this for me and at least then I would have had the gift I purchased for Christmas for a loved one.

Super quick and transparent communication about my artwork and I was so happy to get the canvas print in a timely manner to be able to give it to my wife for her birthday - she loved seeing our little pup as a cartoon character!! Great work!

Terrible experience!!! Although I paid $160 for this, six weeks ago, I have never received it. There is no phone number for customer service ( that is a red flag!) and have been demanding my money back via email to no avail. Today, they sent me "proof of delivery" which was a delivery receipt for somebody else in a different state, for a different product and containing their personal information!! It's outrageous! Be careful everyone, this is an unprofessional company that cannot be trusted.

Just took way too long to get the art. I ordered in early December as a Christmas present and the art did not arrive until January 12. The rest of the process was great and the finished product was as hoped for, but had no idea it would take so long.

Wonderful people, great customer support, lovely designs and products. All around great. Will definitely be a recurring customer.

The worst company! So decided I wanted to have a picture of all of my boys together (3 German shepherd's) Sent off photos but hated the artwork that came back Tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me.its taken 4 months of picture revisions and me chasing them and reporting them and to be honest I've had enough.every revision the artwork got progressivly worse I agreed to the last revision just so I could move on!! I don't want the pic.it will never be displayed but I've wasted so much time on this that enough is enough Save your money and your sanity.do not deal with this company they are awful I've learnt the hard way and have to put it down to experience and move on!!
