Couldn't be more pleased with the artwork! Sallie did a great job combining two different images of our dogs into a single picture that looked like it was straight out of a Disney film strip. Also, I ordered at probably their busiest time of the year, made an edit, and still got it (digital download) in time for Christmas. 10/10 recommend these guys.

i saw an add on the facebook that someone draw pets on canvases, this was off course intresting so i thought why not try. the resault are amazing, even it is cartoomy it is awzome, if it was possible the artits would get a kiss from me for capturing my two pets so well. i beg you all who read this, uuse them, make them capture your pet, you will not be dissapointed, thank you Sophia for make these canvases,

I ordered a digital download and it came out so so cute!!! My sweet pup looks like a Disney dog now! I just had one adjustment to make and they fixed it quickly and it came out perfect! I couldn’t download the digital image and they promptly responded with the image attached! I absolutely love my drawing, it is such a sweet memory for me!

I placed an order on 12/10/22, hoping to get this as a Christmas present as there was guaranteed Christmas delivery advertised. I didn't receive the item until 01/09/23. There is a dashboard where you can see the status of your order, but it is not updated throughout the process. I was concerned about waiting for my product so I emailed customer service 12/19/22 but did not receive a response until 01/03/23. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but maybe a suggestion would be to fulfill all current orders before advertising for more. Unfortunately a lot of people were left disappointed. There was a generalized email sent to everyone on 12/22/22 apologizing for the delays and stating that everyone's shipping will be upgraded as well as gift cards and complimentary items sent out. It took 10 days for my order to be shipped to me and no gift card or complimentary item. When my product was received the picture itself was cute, but I thought the pixels would be less noticeable and was hoping for a clearer picture. I understand this is a small business and they're trying, but if you are going to say something, just a suggestion to follow through.

Art is Good and Cute, but the communication with customers and overall approach to marketing leaves a lot to be desired, for the following reasons: 1- 7 day delivery was for sure not fulfilled, more like 30 day delivery (lol) 2 - The revision i asked for was very simple but it took way too long 3 - They prioritize advertisement and take on new clients even though they clearly lack in capacity 4 - For a while they kept pushing back the ready date by a day, and this lasted about 10 days which is very annoying 5 - My order status was stuck at "will be shipped shortly" for around two weeks and still is stuck at that at that stage to this day (Jan 10) , however the order has been delivered today. 6 - I was not able to verify my cell number , probably because i live in Portugal. And that is also very frustrating 7 - Last but certainly not least, they delete negative comments from customers upset about delivery time and lack of communication on their instagram page. I understand its their page and they have the right to delete comments but its dishonest and deceitful at the very least

The art was beautiful and the approval process for it was great but I asked for one small revision and it pushed the approval back by about a week then the approval and quality check took even longer. I ordered 05Dec2022 and was looking at an arrival on 24Dec2022. After the request to change it slightly it pushed it back about 2 days. After checking multiple times the date kept getting pushed back and I have yet to receive it and or have it shipped and it’s 09Jan2023. I love the art and the idea but delivery of the product has been very difficult to be happy about.

Great job! Image was well done and quality of finished product was top notch. Would refer to anyone!

I just love the drawing of our dog. They were kind enough to provide me with an additional digital with a different background. Very happy with the product and service.
