Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. We now have print facilities based in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the EU and are continuing to expand! Where to next!? If you have any queries about any of our products please contact us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to help.

I never received the product I purchased. Extremely disappointed this appears to be a sham company.

Hi Menny! I am very sorry for the confusion with your order. I can see here that you only opted for the Digital Download. We have the digital download as the first option as we had many customers request for this. We try to make this as straightforward as possible by calling this option 'Digital Download,' and the other options are sizes for the canvas. We have never encountered this issue before, but I can understand how this may be slight confusion, so we will see how we can make this more clear. I would really much to make this right for you and be able to provide you the quality of service we promised to each of our customers. Can you please email me at [email protected].? -Sophia .
Ordered on 4th December for a Christmas present and it still hasn’t arrived. Terrible service, just more promo offers. Don’t use them!!

Hi Shashi! I am so sorry for the lack of communication and the delayed in getting this to you. As we are just starting our little business and we didn't expect the volume of orders we received the past few months, hence, the reason for the delay. I would really much to make this right for you and be able to provide you the quality of service we promised to each of our customers. Can you please email me at [email protected].? Going into 2023, we have actually taken out a loan to get a better custom portal built and designed for our customers. This will make the entire process much quicker and easier for the customer! -Sophia
Pet creations was wonderful! They gave attentive service and were very accommodating to special requests. I was especially impressed at how honest they were about the holiday orders and the time they needed to complete their work to assure its quality.

Everything went really well. The painting of my dog Rosco was really cute as a cartoon. He liked it too! I even uploaded the video of us unboxing to my youtube page. I was however expecting the painting to be bigger, seems smaller in person, but still love it. Thank you again for this wonderful painting.

Hi Sudeepta! We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-star review. We look forward to doing business with you again soon! -Sophia
I haven't received the item yet. I have received the email saying it was done and it was shipped. It's been over a month now since I ordered it. I was planning on giving it as a Christmas present, but I have gotten no shipping details and haven't received any response to my emails to the company. I can't give any stats because I haven't received the item, but I've gotten emails as if it should have been here already. This is the second email I've gotten to remind me to review my experience, and so far it hasn't been good.
