The team is always so helpful, professional and kind. Ashley is who I have dealt with most and she is on top of things very quickly helping you solve your issue. Whether you have general questions or need to return or exchange, they find a solution and get product shipped off to you asap. They have become my go-to for fitness equipment in my studio.

I received my step and risers within days of ordering. I had accidentally ordered a shorter foam roller than intended. Upon contacting PB, the exchange was made easily and the new longer foam roller arrived shortly thereafter. Spencer was professional and friendly. I recommend PB products, which are of a superior quality, to my personal training clients.

Tia was fantastic! She not only resolved the issue related to my call, but she also answered some questions I had. She definitely made sure I had a positive experience. Her attentiveness and the resolution she provided will definitely result in me continuing to trust Perform Better. Thanks Tia, you rock!

Hello Holly, Thanks so much for your order and for reaching out to us. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping costs. We always strive to provide the most accurate and fair shipping costs on all orders we ship out to our customers. I did review your order and checked with our carriers to confirm the shipping cost, and the rate you received is accurate based on the weight, amount of packages, and ship to location. Going forward, if you ever have any questions about shipping costs, please contact us via email, phone, or live chat and we will be glad to look into your order and review all shipping options to try and save you money when possible! Again, we thank you for your business and if there's anything else I can help you with, please feel free to reach out. The team noticed I had unintentionally failed to have an order mailed to me and reached out to check if I really wanted to pick up the order. They adjusted the order and I received it within a couple days.
