I hadn’t inadvertently selected the ‘self pick up’ button when checking out. This option was not clear enough. Your lovely customer service person picked up on this and sent me an email and another delightful person corrected the problem when I called and the order arrived very quickly. All good but please make ‘self pick up’ option clearer.

Very bad experience total price was 65$ at the check out and they have charged me 95$ l will be canceling order tomorrow morning.
