There are never any shipping deals or coupon codes no matter how many times I've ordered from them.

Get rid of shipping costs on small items

The shipping charge started out as 9.95, then after I used a coupon, it went to 21.09.

Rewards points that list there expiration date should be usable on that date. That's how most coupons, deals etc. work. I was irritated to lose my rewards when I logged in on the last day they were available and find them gone. Second, the shipping prices are exorbitant. Charging shipping on dollar amount (rather than weigth etc.) is theivery. You're making money on charging more for shipping/handling than it actually costs you and that is an unethical practice.

Delivery information very confusing. It keeps talking about warehouse pickup even though I put in my delivery address.

Product overpriced— shipping TOTAL rip off overcharged—- This will be my last order

I ordered something, you took my money, then told me it was not in stock. That is pretty weak.
