Knew what I wanted, found it, put it in my cart and check out was easy.

My total order was $15 and its costing $10 to ship. My trainer referred me to your site and I needed the bands right away. When I need to purchase again, I will try to shop around for a more reasonable shipping charge.

One change that would be beneficial relates to sale items. Upon checking out, it isn't apparent that an advertised sale, such as 25% off, has been applied to the final purchase price of an item or items. Clarifying and confirming this would be extremely beneficial to us as customers.--Thank you.

They have solid equipment at a reasonable price and they are quick to deliver their goods. They also resolve any issues quickly and are easy to work with if you have a problem or question.
