First time user. Ordered 3 5x7 pics for my son..he got pictures so blurry couldn't even tell who they were.

I just wanna start off by saying Pelipost is truly an amazing company! They allow us to communicate with our loved ones through pictures at a reasonable price. They offer so many coupons and it’s super easy to order through them. I had the pleasure of interacting with Janel P. today and she made a refund, simple and easy for me. I appreciate her kindness and support during my frustrations with the facility denying some photos I was trying to send my fiancé. 10/10 recommend! Pelipost is where it’s at! Thanks!

My problem was resolved so darn quick. I’m highly impressed. I was reluctant to inquire because I thought it would take forever to get resolved. In less than an hour everything was taken care of. You guys rock. Thanks heaps 🙏🏽

Staff Support Specialist Janel was quick to respond to my problem. She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel. And thanks Pelipost for the service your company offers to our loved ones!
