Test was sent quickly - Wonderful - 5 stars No notice that test results were in - N0 stars Could not log into client portal on website to check on results - repeatedly said my email was not valid yet was sent a receipt to the email I had entered - NO stars When called, was sent via email my results - 4 stars - copy was not clear and crisp Person answering the phone could not get me into the portal and had no answers but did send me via my known email the results - 3 stars Report was complete and thorough with lots of information - 5 stars

When I am in pain, urine cultures never show anything. Thank goodness for this product as it shows bacteria and the appropriate medicine. I am feeling so much better.

MicroGen’s customer service is outstanding. Vivian helped me get my account set up and find my results. She also talked me through my report. I had answers in about a day after being sick for 3 months. Highly recommend.

Quick turnaround! It took a few days to get the test itself but once I sent it in I got the results back in two days! I've been feeling under the weather for weeks (part of the reason I ordered the test as my PC is on maternity leave) and found out what was wrong! My only dissatisfaction was that I didn't get a notification that the results were ready so that delayed me finding out the results for several days.
