Excellent quality product, it has become my go to Panama.the customer service is outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. I made 1 mistake when ordering, used regular mail, snail mail is faster. Use any other method. I strongly recommend Panama hats direct.

I was probably a difficult customer as I didn't size my hat correctly the first time. They graciously took my first hat back and replaced it with the correct size. My biggest fear of ordering a hat online was relieved.
