I finally pulled the trigger on a Superfino Panama Fedora. When it arrived I found out that it didn’t fit too small. I contacted the support team and they asked me to remeasure with a proper tape . I did and sent in the correct size along with a re-sizing fee ( very reasonable). I just received my hat and it’s perfect!!! Great communication with support team . Now I own my custom Superfino Fedora and a stock Gambler Panama Hats!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hat I received from Panama Hats Direct is of phenomenal quality. The weave is fine, even and tight. I ordered a Havana style Montecristi Panama hat in fino-fino grade and it is luxurious in every way. Other hat makers and sellers can also produce hats of this quality, but there is a difference. Panama Hats Direct provides amazing service and attention to detail as well. The hats are produced in Montecristi Ecuador, at the source, and additional attention and expert detail is addressed at their US based facility. They provide services that others do not offer. I need a long-oval blocked hat and Panama Hats Direct provides that service. You can speak with them and request even very small size adjustments. Other features such as requesting a taller hat or additional hat bands are available. What you will receive is a custom fitted hat that will provide years of service.

The finesse of their hats is top notch. You get exactly what you see on their website. I know it's sometimes easier to buy from high street stores and brands, but you could easily end up paying two or three times more than on Panama Hats Direct. And the owner, Casey, is always quick to reply and clear any doubt you may have. Their return policy also gave me confidence when buying. I bought their highest quality, called Special Reserve, and it really is special.
