Owl Labs has been such a refreshing company to work with and they have done a phenomenal job meeting the needs of our company. Not only is the customer service prompt and courteous they were excited about helping us and excited about their equipment. We received our Owl Meeting in an exceptionally fast time. The packaging was very attractive and the customer support was great in helping us set-up extended warranty. Our previous set-up had so many bells and whistles, cords and was just intimidating. The Owl Meeting is sleek, attractive and easy to use. We recommended this device and company to our clients, friends, and partners. We are excited to keep being an OWL lab user.

The camera isn't very good, and the mic sounds like it's underwater. For an $800 camera, I would have expected a bit more quality. The technology is cool, but you need better hardware. Also, my rating used to be higher, but you keep spamming me with feedback requests and it's getting annoying. Nobody has contacted me about my previous feedback so I kind of wonder if you're really reading them.

Love my owl!! So simple to use and he (I think it is a he) really has made our distance meetings more valuable for all participants. Highly recommend getting an owl for everyone who currently uses a conference line - bring your distance partners face-to-face.

Great Product performs as advertised!

A vast improvement to inclusion in our video conferences with two groups in separate locations. Audio works very well - especially in smaller rooms. Super easy to set up, and way more affordable than room installations. Would be 5 stars if the eyeline problem could be solved - people looking at screens look away from the Owl.
