Great Customer Service I emailed the company with questions, they responded pretty much the same day. Something I totally appreciate. As yet I haven't received the product, due to ship early august (which they put next to the title of the product so you know up front). Once it arrives, I will try to remember to leave a review on the delivery service.

Easy to order on line. Wasn't quickly able to determine how soon our order would arrive. The Customer Service rep. was quite helpful in answering that question.

I was so pleased with a recent customer service experience I had, when I called to inquire on a delivery mixup with my order. Both John and Mary were very pleasant and got the issue resolved quickly. I received the corrected tracking# for my order, and physically received the products within three business days of the resolution. I highly recommend Outdoor Furniture Plus, as the customer care and quality products are amazing.
