Prompt and attentive service. Items were back ordered but the two sales reps (Denise and Frank) were able to deliver the equipment on time for our field deployment. Actually, both orders arrived earlier than anticipated, which is great! We have used the HOBO U-22 and shuttles for years and found them to be extremely reliable in a variety of conditions.

Onset was out of stock on a certain logger and therefore they offered an upgraded version with discount code. After receiving the PO, they didn't honor that same discount code. Once the order was placed, it still took them more than a month to ship the order. UPDATE: Onset's customer service reached out to me immediately after my initial review. They explained the circumstances and offered a solution to make this transaction right. I greatly appreciate this gesture of great customer support.
