We have been using Onset/HOBO products for years with high reliability. This order of sixty MX1101's came in with one bad unit but Onset replaced it quickly.

The sales rep that I dealt with was very informative and made the whole process seamless. I received everything in a timely manner and did not have to go out of compliance with VFC like I thought would happen. Very satisfied with Onset.
