Office Ally is simple to use. They made changes to their services, but retained the original platform which worked for me. I am a small user and didn't need all the addon changes so keeping the old platform available was perfect for me.

I love using Office Ally. I have not had to contact customer service much at all but when I have, Customer service has been superb! Very quick to respond to any question and or inquiry that I have had. The program is available 24/7 unless updates are being done and I have always received notification as to when the updates will occur. I would highly recommend Office Ally. It is great and a less expensive way to manage your office with the trust and reliability that you need.

Office Ally has made billing easy over the past many years. As an individual provider with no office staff to help this has been a godsend. I am retiring in the next two weeks but will be forever grateful for your help.

I have used other EHR and this format took some time to adjust. Overall I enjoy the features and a few things I wish could be revamped. Id recommend to a colleague.

This is a great format. HIPAA made easy. All inclusive including scheduling and billing.

The most influential part of my review has to be the ease at which we were able to transition over to OfficeAlly from another clearinghouse. We opted for the premium assistance where we were assigned a specific person to help us through each step of the process. Andrew was incredible. The transition went so smoothly, and I learned so much. Since the transition we have been using OfficeAlly and everything has been efficient and user friendly.
