Nick and Nicole made the sale process flawless constantly jumped in with any questions closed in 2 weeks. If you do a deal with them- Ask to not use Stewart title would not recommend using them as title - they are slow and made a 2600 mistake then made us pay it after a month of sale.

Jacob was our first great experience! Fast offer and friendly communicative staff. Title company (Tiffany and Ashley) were a team of superstars and Diego was very flexible with unknown obstacles. The moving company rep Laura with packrat was awesome! We thank you so much for the awesome experience!

Accepted an Offerpad final offer and signed a contract with them. Based on that contract, we put a down payment on another house. More than a week after signing the contract, Offerpad backed out of the contract. No counteroffer. We were left loosing our down payment deposit of $2000 on the new house. Do not work with this company!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Offerpad initially negotiated price, even though it was lower than market price I accepted. Closing in 15days. Within one week of closing, Offerpad cancelled purchase for no legitimate reason. They did not contact closing lawyers with updated info. Matter of fact we were still being asked to sign paperwork. Eventually the lawyer was informed, but not the actual truth. Offerpad stated it was a mutual agreement. We never agreed. Because it was a legitimate reason and the timeframe of closing, the earnest funds was to released to us(the seller). Offerpad again did some underhanded paperwork. They thought we wouldn’t read the fine print. The paperwork again said mutual cancellation and funds to return to buyer. If not signed will automatically return to buyer in 10 days. Now we are at a crossing where we decide to get lawyers involved. I’ve also found out, this is not the first time they have done this. It’s actually a strategy they do to “tie” the market up. There were other homes in close range, so by keeping us from selling they can purchase at an even lower cost. SELLER BEWARE. DONOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS OR PLEASE READ ALL FINE PRINT AND DOCUMENTS

I had a great experience selling my rental property through Offerpad. This was my first time selling a house, so I really appreciated having Jasmin, my Offerpad Advisor, guide me through the process. She took the time to walk me through each step, explain everything clearly, and patiently answer all of my questions. She was always responsive, professional, and willing to help whenever I needed it, including while we finalized the PSA and worked toward closing. The Offerpad process was straightforward and convenient, and having Jasmin there to guide me made the experience much easier and less stressful. The closing is now complete, and the entire process went smoothly. I really appreciated her patience, communication, and support from start to finish. I’m very happy with my experience with Offerpad and would definitely recommend them, especially with an Advisor like Jasmin to guide you through the process!
