From start to finish, my experience selling my house to Offerpad was amazing. I first met with Kristi Archuleta, who walked through my home and made an offer. She is outstanding! The offer was higher than I expected, and I accepted it. Kristi was available for questions days, nights, and even weekends. The title company for the sale was also great. I dealt with Karla McMillan, and she was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Ivette Martinez was also outstanding. She answered promptly when I e-mailed or called. My home-selling experience was easy and everyone I dealt with did their best to make it stress-free for me. I highly recommend Offerpad!

I’ve been thinking about selling for a while. When the market turned in my favor I solicited quotes from 3 to 4 companies and Offerpad was by far the best to work with. I got a great offer and they were very flexible on the closing date. The communication with the staff was super and they answer all my questions to my satisfaction. It was great to be able to sell without all the stress of showings and having strangers walking all over the house. With 3 grandchildren it would of been difficult to keep everything showroom ready. With Offerpad none of that matter, it was great! Oh by the way they moved me for free! Thank you Offerpad!

Offerpad made the offer and we accepted. In executing the contract for sale, offerpad performed as per the contract. Minor issues were resolved very quickly. The entire relationship with offerpad was great from the offer and acceptance, through closing. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.
