Venturing into the process of selling my home with Offerpad was an exceptional experience, right from the beginning to the end!!! The initial professional I interacted with astounded me by thoroughly examining my property and subsequently extending an offer. The level of expertise was indeed commendable! Surprisingly, the offer was well beyond my initial estimations and therefore, I immediately accepted it. This representative was always available to answer any questions I had, irrespective of the time or day. The title company that facilitated the transaction also deserves special mention for their excellent service. A knowledgeable representative from their team provided me with patient and insightful responses to all my queries. Another associate was equally prompt and efficient in responding to my emails and phone calls. The home-selling process was streamlined to the point of effortlessness, with each team member I engaged with striving to ensure a stress-free experience. I would, with full confidence, recommend Offerpad for their stellar service!

While this process may work for many people, for us it was very disappointing. The initial contact was pleasant and timely. The video tour went well. Our home had been substantially upgraded and we presented all that information during the appraisal and video tour. Unfortunately, it seemed as though none of that information was considered in the offer. We declined the offer and put the house on the market. It sold it in 5 days for $85000 more than their offer. For our situation, the offer was substantially below market.

Better communication is a MUST! As one other reviewer noted - they (Offerpad) don't tell you that they don't offer their service for homes over $500K or with acreage. We wasted 2-3 weeks for the lead realtor for our home - who never told us that. I only found this out by checking the reviews after we had expressed an interest and the realtor didn't leave a time or return my messages. I'll never use them or refer them. They may be fine for homes under $300-500 K but beware. There was also no excuse for them not to tell us up-front and waste our time.

Low ball Offer 40k below market value. Do you think people are fools and don't know how to conduct professional research? Go with a local Real Estate company and definitely do not request a cash offer. Wall Street trying to get its hands in your pockets.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had Selling a home. 1). There was no one physically there to talk to you face-to-face so they will offer the lowest price for your home thinking that it’s a junk home. 2). They offer me 189k for my house as an investment property but still charge me 6% fees. 3). Went from $189,000 offer to $148,000 after inspection. I (paid my own home inspection) and compared it to their inspection and they have (inside) people working for them to overcharge… They wasted a lot of my time, and they will waste yours. Don’t trust offerpad.

They WILL lower their offer by 25,000!!! They make good sounding promises in the beginning and when you are close to closing they will start finding many reasons to cut the price by more then half !! Terrible terrible terrible service
