Customer service and prices

So far great customer service!

The customer service representative gave me a quote that I was interested in. I purchased the policy and when I was reviewing it, the monthly payment was higher than what was quoted. I reached out to the representative to inquire on why my payment was higher, he then explained to me that he must of been talking to some else when in actuality he wasent.....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
