I had to search for awhile to find the best price. When I did find Novo they were awesome! I set up my account online myself, but when I did have to call for help, the person I spoke with was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!

So far the experience has been very good, I have only had the policy for not even a month but everything seam's to be going real good so far. I had called customer service and they were knowledgeable about the question's that I had asked, plus I didn't have to wait to long for someone to answer.

It was so easy! I love how it shows my trips and how my driving was. I strive for improvement.
